10 Wellness Goals to Try This Month

Happy August besties! Today begins the first day of National Wellness Month, a month that prioritizes healthy living, self-care, and stress management! Here at Pallure, we are always looking for new ways to show ourselves love and experiment with healthy change. Though it may feel daunting, go at your own pace and find what improves your well-being! Remember that small changes always make a big impact. Here are a few monthly wellness goals to get you started on your journey:

  • Clean your closet of clothes you no longer wear.
  • Stretch for 10 minutes a day.
  • Get coffee with a new friend.
  • Meditate for 5 minutes a day.
  • Treat yourself to a fresh bouquet of flowers. 
  • Instead of using your phone, try reading before bed.
  • Set a social media bedtime (say 8pm)
  • Give back to your community or volunteer.
  • Spend 30 minutes outside everyday.
  • Drink water!
