1. On damp hair: Lightly spray the oil mist onto the lengths and ends to protect the hair during blow drying or styling (up to 230°F).
2. On styled hair: Hold the bottle 5 inches away and spray onto the hair for a sleek and glossy finish. It can be applied from top to bottom to achieve the "wet look".
